The Gooch Mini-Tractor can test vehicles together or separately!
You can test tractor and trailer separately as well as two or more vehicles in combination. The combination test, can test up to six positions simultaneously and alert you to the need for balance to eliminate trailer over-ride.
The Analyzer establishes one hook up point as a base, and measures ascending and descending time (in milliseconds) required to reach pressures 2-4-5-8-10-12-14-16-18-20-25-30-35-40-50-55-60-65-70-75-80-85-90-95 psi at that point. At the same time, it measures pressures at the other positions, providing a clear picture of braking conditions from the brake treadle to the rearmost trailer brake chamber.
Given this information, it's comparatively simple to make adjustments to achieve brake timing and pneumatic balance, calculate pressure differential, valve crack pressure and brake torque. | |

With the M-600, one simple six positions hook up and testing sequence replaces hours and hours of inaccurate eyeball-ruler-and-air-gauge averaging. Six shielded cable / transducer assemblies connect all pressure reading points (tractor and/or trailer) to the Analyzer simultaneously. If you don't mind changing a few connections, you may prefer our slightly less expensive unit. Comes with three (instead of six), cable /transducer assemblies. Printer is optional, so you can cut costs even more if you decide to do without it. |
The model MT-400 is for users who do not need to do field testing. All elements are in one compact, easy-to-use, cabinet which operates on shop air and AC power or truck air and DC power. Unit includes three cable/transducer assemblies. Quick disconnect makes electronics easily removable for service. Printer is optional. | |
